چکیده
A selective fluorescent chemodosimeter for mercury ion based on the mercury-promoted intramolecular cyclic guanylation of thiourea connected on 1, 8-naphthalimide is described.

A highly selective colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent chemodosimeter for imaging fluoride ions in living cells.
A simple but highly selective colorimetric and ratiometric fluorescent chemodosimeter was designed and synthesized to detect fluoride ions (F(-)) in aqueous solution and living cells by virtue of the strong affinity of F(-) toward silicon.
متن کاملA 4-hydroxynaphthalimide-derived ratiometric fluorescent chemodosimeter for imaging palladium in living cells.
A highly selective ratiometric fluorescent chemodosimeter derived from 4-hydroxynaphthalimide was designed and synthesized to image palladium species in living cells by virtue of a palladium-catalyzed depropargylation reaction, and it could monitor three typical palladium species (0, + 2 and + 4) without additional reagents.
متن کاملA highly sensitive and selective detection of Hg(II) in 100% aqueous solution with fluorescent labeled dimerized Cys residues.
A simple design of a ratiometric fluorescent sensor for detecting Hg(II) ion in 100% aqueous solution was demonstrated, based on the structure of dimerized Cys residues with two dansyl fluorophores. The sensor highly sensitively and selectively detected mercury ion (K(d) = 41 nM) in 100% aqueous solution via a turn-on and ratiometric response. The sensor showed no interferences of other metal i...
متن کاملA chemodosimeter for ratiometric detection of cyanide in aqueous media and human blood serum.
A highly selective and sensitive chemodosimeter for detection of cyanide ions in HEPES buffer and in the presence of blood serum using a ratiometric approach through dual UV-Vis and fluorescence channels with the lowest detection limit of 0.08 ppb has been synthesized.
متن کاملSelective ratiometric detection of mercury(II) ions in water with an acridizinium-based fluorescent probe.
The integration of a selective Hg2+ receptor unit, 1,4-dioxa-7,13-dithia-10-azacyclopentadecane, into the 9-aminoacridizinium fluorophore provides a fluorescent probe which allows a selective ratiometric detection of Hg2+ in water.
